A chance to play around with vocal sound.
We’re all born with the capacity and desire to sing but somehow, over time, many of us lose faith in this or think singing’s for ‘experts’. Here’s a rare opportunity to rekindle the curiosity we had as children about our own and other people’s voices, and to create vocal pieces as we explore together. There are no wrong notes in improvised music, and no right way to play with sound. Just bring an open mind, and an appetite for deeply listening to one another.
The group will be facilitated by Kate Allan, an experienced arts and health practitioner with a passion for supporting people to freely enjoy their unique, never-to-be repeated singing voices.
